* 1 pkg. (12 oz.) tricolor penne pasta
* 1 jar (15 oz.) Classico® Light Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce, or about 2 c.
* 1/4 c. Heinz® Gourmet Salad Vinegar
* 2 tsp. dried Italian-style seasoning blend
* 2 c. baby spinach leaves, trimmed
* 2 c. halved grape tomatoes
* 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" strips, or about 2 c.
* 1 c. sliced black olives
* 1 container (6 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1. Cook pasta according to pkg. instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together Pasta Sauce, Vinegar and seasoning blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Add cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and yellow pepper, and toss until well coated. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 min., or until ready to serve. Spoon feta cheese on top and serve chilled or at room temperature.
* TIP: If desired, substitute yellow bell peppers with red, orange or green bell peppers, or a combination of all the colors. If desired, add your favorite salad toppings, such as sliced olives, artichoke hearts, chopped onions or sliced mushrooms.
